Promotor(a) Program News Email Group

Migrant Health Promotion has created this group service for Promotor/a program coordinators to share information about program implementation and evaluation. Examples of topics include recruitment, retention and training of farmworkers as promotor/as (community health workers), evaluation tools, and program successes and challenges.

Migrant Health Promotion uses this group service to forward tips and new resources for working with farmworker promotor/as and their communities. Group members may also post information that is relevant to promotor/a program coordinators, or ask each other for suggestions in dealing with a particular challenge.

We hope that this will allow program coordinators to network and support each other in this exciting adventure of farmworker health!
