Farmworkers and other community representatives provide the primary leadership at Migrant Health Promotion. The organization looks to the shared leadership of the Board of Directors, staff, Promotores and Promotoras for direction. Strong community participation and the theory of Popular Education guide both the organization and the programs.
Board of Directors
Current or former farmworkers, current or former Promotores(as), or representatives of service provider organizations, and/or advocacy groups who have experience working with and understanding the strengths and needs of the populations served by the organization’s mission govern Migrant Health Promotion.
Staff
The Migrant Health Promotion staff works to guide the organization in its mission to improve community health for migrant farmworkers and other isolated communities.
