Volunteers & Interns
"Working with Migrant Health Promotion as a Social Work Intern, and again as a Public Health Intern, was an incredible experience. The staff members are all extremely knowledgeable, skilled and passionate about Migrant Health Promotion's work, as well as personable and fun. I was inspired by the way migrant health workers were truly integrated into the work of the organization, rather than being a distant, 'disenfranchised' population on whose behalf Migrant Health Promotion was speaking and advocating. My time with Migrant Health Promotion was a huge part of my professional development — I learned so much, and continue to draw upon this reservoir. I very much appreciate having had the opportunity to work with Migrant Health Promotion!"
