La Guía: The Migrant Health Services Directory
The Migrant Health Services Directory (or La Guía de Servicios de Salud para Migrantes) helps farmworkers identify and use available health services throughout the Midwest. La Guía uses maps and pictograms in a bilingual, easy-to-read format to describe health service information clearly. It covers services in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Ohio and Wisconsin, and it indicates the locations of local Promotor(a) programs.
Migrant Health Promotion updates La Guía periodically to serve farmworkers and farmworker organizations. La Guía is available by electronic download only.
